SHIPPING POLICY (Australian Domestic)

All prices are listed in Australian dollars.

We pack all of our books and artworks in-house using a variety of packing materials, including but not limited to: bubble wrap, cling/stretch/shrink wrap, foam wrap, tissue paper, packing paper, satchels, boxes, etc.

We may use pre-padded packing options, such as, Australia Post’s “Padded Mailer”. These have bubble cushioning and a waterproof outer layer for added security against the elements.

A packing and handling charge of $10.00 per order may be applied to cover the costs of packing material and our labour.

Postage costs are charged at the appropriate contract carrier rates on top of the packing and handling charge and shipped via Australia Post or courier service, such as, Couriers Please, DHL or FedEx.

All amounts stated below are estimates and provided only as a guide. While we endeavour to keep these as accurate as possible actual shipping costs and available shipping services to your destination can vary depending on final packed weight and dimensions, value, any applicable surcharges such as fuel or destination, or a number of other factors.

Once we know the type of order placed and destination, we can more accurately provide a shipping cost.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary according to freight availability, final destination, and whether you are in a metropolitan or regional area.
