These works are modern reproductions created from digitised images of historic woodblock prints. They are not antique impressions and have not been printed from the original woodblocks. Where appropriate, the original artist, title, date, publisher and source collection are identified in the individual product listing.

About These Reproductions
The original artworks featured in this collection were created using traditional Japanese woodblock printing methods. Multiple carved blocks were generally used to apply outlines and individual areas of colour to handmade paper.
The Fine Art Hut products offered here are newly produced art prints made from digitised images of those historic works. They reproduce the appearance of the original artwork but are not antique woodblock impressions, later original-block impressions or hand-printed editions.
Original and collectable woodblock impressions, when available, are listed separately under Original Artworks.
Carefully Prepared for Print
Historic woodblock images may show age-related fading, staining, fold lines, paper discolouration or surface damage.
Where restoration has been undertaken, the image is carefully prepared to improve clarity, balance and suitability for printing while preserving the character of the original artwork. Natural paper texture, traditional linework and historically significant details are retained wherever possible.
