The Fine Art Hut is the creation of its director, Raymond Duffy.
Raymond had an attraction to art at an early age but like many others put his budding art ambitions on hold to pursue a professional career and family.

Raymond became a lawyer in 2001 and still practices professionally in intellectual property law and commercial law.

The Fine Art Hut came about primarily from the desire to reactivate his artist ambition, and due to his interest in rare books.
While in the throws of re-building his own art portfolio, Raymond decided what better way to integrate his own interest in art and rare books than by establishing a business model that offers other art and book lovers with a one-stop online art and rare book store.
Our Mission
At the Fine Art Hut, our mission is to present customers with a selection of original artwork, unique art pieces and rare books to buy for their own art collections | book library; or as a unique gift for a loved one; or as a central piece to add to their home or office.
In seeking to adopt this mission statement, we are selective in the pieces we acquire and offer to sell. We do not sell mass produced reproductions or cheap prints. If this is what you are after then The Fine Art Hut is not the place for you. Other sites would deal with these types of items.
